These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of pgaelectric.ro and any products/services offered by PGA Electric SRL (“Company”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

• Offer and acceptance: An order is an offer; a contract is formed when we confirm acceptance [e.g., via email] or dispatch the goods/services.
• Prices and taxes: Prices are shown in [RON/EUR] and include/exclude VAT as indicated. We may correct pricing errors.
• Payment: Accepted methods: [e.g., card via [provider], bank transfer, cash on delivery].
• Delivery/performing services: Estimated timelines are indicative. Risk passes on delivery/acceptance as per applicable law.

6. Right of withdrawal & returns (consumer sales only)

If you are an EU consumer buying at a distance, you generally have 14 days to withdraw without giving any reason, subject to legal exceptions (e.g., custom‑made goods, sealed items unsealed after delivery, services fully performed with your consent). Return shipping costs may apply. To exercise the right, please contact us at contact@pgaelectric.ro and we will provide instructions.

7. Conformity and warranties

We comply with applicable consumer rights on conformity of goods/services. Statutory rights are not affected by these Terms. Commercial warranties (if any) will be described in the offer/contract.

8. User content and acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by: infringing IP rights; uploading unlawful, harmful, or defamatory content; attempting to gain unauthorized access; or interfering with the Site’s operation.

9. Intellectual property
